Flowers carry a quiet power. They are bridges between ourselves and nature, between our histories and our cultures, breathing color, vitality, and meaning into our lives. Celosia, in particular, symbolizes courage, uniqueness, and boldness—qualities that, to me, mirror the strength of femininity itself.

The more I listen to women’s stories and read the lives of those who came before us, the deeper my admiration grows for the resilience we have shown in the face of patriarchy. I see this strength reflected in my own friend groups where diversity is not only present but celebrated, and where each woman’s uniqueness adds to our collective power. We are strongest when we are courageous, unapologetically different, and open to one another.

Through color, pattern, and subtle references to cultural heritage, I wanted to honor that boldness and create a visual celebration of women’s strength, individuality, and shared beauty.
